Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 24, 2026

Last updated: August 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Seeit AI ("SeeIt," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the SeeIt app for iOS and Android, the SeeIt AI assistant, SeeIt workflows and skills, the optional connectors you can link to the app (Google services, Apple Health, and Android Health Connect), and, if you pair them, SeeIt Glasses. It also covers our website and online store at https://seeit.ai and our developer platform. Together, these are the "Service."

The app can, at your choice, read your email, calendar, and files, and your health and fitness data. Because that is sensitive, this Policy is specific about what the app reads, why, where it goes, and how you turn it off. Section 2 is a plain-language summary; the detailed sections control.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

The Service is provided by DEHIDDEN TECHNOLOGY SERVICES L.L.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating as "Seeit AI."

  • Privacy and data requests: privacy@seeit.ai
  • Support: support@seeit.ai

For people in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, DEHIDDEN TECHNOLOGY SERVICES L.L.C is the controller of personal data processed through the Service, except where we act as a processor carrying out a specific action you direct on a connected account. The privacy contact above is also the contact for data-protection enquiries.

2. Summary

  • The app. SeeIt is an AI assistant app. You talk or type to it, and it answers, summarizes, and takes actions you ask for. It can run workflows ("skills") that combine the assistant with services you have connected.
  • Connectors are optional and off by default. You can use SeeIt without connecting anything. When you connect Google (Gmail, Calendar, Tasks, Contacts, Drive), Apple Health, or Health Connect, the app reads only what the feature needs, only when you ask.
  • Health and fitness data. If you connect Apple Health or Health Connect, the app reads a fixed set of activity, sleep, and heart-rate types — read-only — to power the Wellness features (daily brief, workout companion, questions about your own activity). Health data is never used for ads, never sold, never used to train AI, and never used for insurance, credit, or employment decisions (Section 8).
  • AI processing. Your requests, and the connector data needed to answer them, are processed on-device where possible and otherwise on our servers and by third-party AI model providers who are contractually barred from keeping your data or training on it.
  • Google data is handled under Google's Limited Use rules (Section 7).
  • Glasses. If you pair SeeIt Glasses, the app also handles photos, video, and audio you capture with them (Section 16).
  • Your controls. Disconnect any connector, revoke access at the provider, delete your history, or delete your account at any time (Section 13).

3. Definitions

  • "App" means the SeeIt mobile application for iOS and Android, including the AI assistant and workflows.
  • "Assistant" means the AI features of the App that interpret your requests and produce responses and actions.
  • "Workflow" or "Skill" means a task the Assistant carries out for you, which may use one or more Connectors.
  • "Connector" means an optional link you create between the App and a third-party account, platform, or on-device data source — a Google account, Apple Health, or Android Health Connect — so the Assistant can read or act on it at your direction.
  • "Google user data" means data the App obtains from Google APIs when you enable a Google Connector.
  • "Health Data" means the health and fitness data types listed in Section 4.3 that the App reads from Apple Health or Health Connect when you enable a health Connector.
  • "Glasses" means SeeIt wearable hardware, including its camera, microphones, speakers, sensors, and on-device software.
  • "Captured Media" means images, video, audio, and related metadata captured with the Glasses or submitted through the App.
  • "Sub-processor" means a third party that processes personal information on our behalf and under our instructions.

4. What the App collects

We collect only what the features you use require. Most categories below apply only if you use the relevant feature.

4.1 Account

When you create an account or sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name, email address, profile photo (if provided), and a unique account identifier.

4.2 Assistant conversations

Your prompts and voice commands, the Assistant's responses, and the actions it takes for you. If you use voice, audio is processed to text to understand your request. Conversation history is kept so you can see past results (Section 11).

4.3 Connectors

Nothing in this Section is collected unless you enable the Connector. We request the narrowest access that supports the feature.

Google

  • Google Calendar — event details, so the Assistant can show your schedule and create or edit events you ask for (events access only, not calendar settings or sharing).
  • Google Tasks — your task lists and tasks, so the Assistant can read, create, update, complete, and remove tasks at your request.
  • Google Contacts — read-only contact names and details, so the Assistant can resolve people you reference. We do not create or modify contacts.
  • Gmail — message content, metadata, and labels, so the Assistant can read, search, summarize, organize, draft, and send mail at your explicit request. We request scopes that do not permit permanent, irreversible deletion of your mailbox.
  • Google Drive and Docs — files you select or that the App creates, so the Assistant can open, read, summarize, edit, or save documents, using per-file access where possible.

Apple Health (iOS) — read-only

With permission you grant in iOS, the App reads the following HealthKit types: step count, walking and running distance, active energy burned, heart rate, resting heart rate, sleep analysis, workouts (type and duration), flights climbed, blood oxygen saturation, and respiratory rate.

Android Health Connect — read-only

With permission you grant in Health Connect, the App reads: steps, distance, active calories burned, heart rate, sleep, and exercise sessions.

Health Data powers the Wellness features: a Daily Wellness Brief (steps, distance, calories, resting heart rate, last night's sleep), a Workout Companion (heart-rate and distance feedback during an exercise session recorded by your watch or fitness app), and plain-language questions about your own activity. The App does not write to Apple Health or Health Connect and does not read any type not listed here. You can approve or deny each type individually. Section 8 sets out the extra protections for Health Data.

4.4 Workflows and skills

When you run a Workflow, the App records which Workflow ran, which Connectors it used, and the result, so you can review and undo where possible. Data flows between the Assistant and the Connectors the Workflow uses, as described in Section 4.3 and Section 6.

4.5 Device, usage, and diagnostics

Device model, OS version, App version, language, time zone, a randomly generated identifier, features used, in-app events, crash logs, and performance metrics — used to operate, secure, and improve the App. Diagnostics and analytics never include Health Data, Google user data, or the content of your conversations.

4.6 If you pair SeeIt Glasses

Captured Media you take with the Glasses, plus sensor and device telemetry (battery, connectivity, firmware version, pairing information). See Section 16.

4.7 Website, store, and support

If you visit seeit.ai, our hosting and analytics tools may collect IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and cookies (with a consent control where required). If you order hardware, we and our payment and fulfillment partners collect your name, shipping and billing address, contact details, and order details; we receive transaction status from our payment processor, not your full card number. If you contact support, we keep the correspondence. If you use the developer platform, we collect developer account details and app metadata.

5. How we use information, and our legal bases

For people protected by the GDPR or UK GDPR, the legal basis is shown in italics.

  • To run the App and Assistant — interpret your requests and return results. Performance of a contract.
  • To operate Connectors and Workflows — read or act on a connected service as you instruct. Performance of a contract; and, for Connectors, your consent.
  • To provide the Wellness features — read Health Data and generate the summaries, feedback, and answers you request. Your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by disconnecting the Connector or revoking permission in iOS or Health Connect.
  • To operate paired Glasses — process Captured Media and telemetry. Performance of a contract.
  • To fulfill hardware orders, support developers, and provide customer support. Performance of a contract; legitimate interests.
  • To maintain, secure, and improve the Service — diagnostics, debugging, fraud and abuse prevention, analytics. Legitimate interests; consent where required. Health Data, Google user data, and conversation content are not used for this.
  • To comply with law and enforce our terms. Legal obligation; legitimate interests.

We do not use Google user data, Health Data, conversation content, or Captured Media to train generalized or non-personalized AI models.

6. How AI processing works

The Assistant relies on AI models. Some processing happens on your device. The rest happens on our servers and through third-party AI model providers that operate large language and vision models. When we send your inputs to a model provider — your prompt and, where a feature needs it, the relevant Google user data, Health Data, or Captured Media — we do so under terms that require the provider to process the data only to return a result to us, prohibit using it to train their models, and prohibit retaining Health Data beyond the request.

When a Workflow acts on a connected service, the App sends the necessary data to that service — for example, the email text to Gmail when you ask the Assistant to send it.

We also use sub-processors to run the Service: cloud hosting and storage; analytics and crash reporting (which never receive Health Data, Google user data, or conversation content); Apple and Google sign-in; payment processing; and order fulfillment and shipping (for hardware). Each may use personal information only to perform services for us under confidentiality and security obligations. A current list of sub-processor categories is available from privacy@seeit.ai.

7. Google user data — Limited Use

SeeIt's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other application adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through Google APIs:

  • is used only to provide, maintain, and improve the user-facing features you explicitly chose to use through a Connector;
  • is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models, including any third-party models;
  • is not transferred to or shared with third parties except (a) as necessary to provide or improve a feature you requested, (b) for security, (c) to comply with law, or (d) in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets after notice to you;
  • is not used for advertising and is never sold; and
  • is not read by any human unless (a) you give specific consent for particular messages or files, (b) it is necessary for security, (c) it is required by law, or (d) the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

Model providers that process Google user data are contractually bound by restrictions consistent with this Section. Revoke our access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions or by disconnecting the integration in the App.

8. Health Data — Apple Health and Health Connect

This Section applies if you enable the Apple Health or Health Connect Connector. Where it is stricter than the rest of this Policy, it controls.

How access works. Health Connectors are off by default. When you enable one, iOS or Health Connect asks you to approve each data type individually; we receive only what you approve. Access is read-only. The App reads Health Data on your device at the moment you make a request (or, if you schedule a Daily Wellness Brief, when the brief is generated), and only the values that request needs. We do not continuously sync or copy your health history to our servers.

Processing. To generate a response, the relevant values (for example, last night's sleep duration or today's step count) are sent with your prompt to our servers and to the AI model providers in Section 6 so the Assistant can produce the summary, feedback, or answer you asked for. Those providers process the data only to return a result and are contractually prohibited from keeping it or training on it. Health Data is not stored in iCloud or in any cloud backup we control.

Retention. Health Data is held transiently to complete your request and cleared when the request completes. The Assistant's response becomes part of your conversation history, which you can delete at any time and which is otherwise deleted after 90 days (Section 11).

What we will never do with Health Data.

  • Use it for advertising or marketing, or share it with advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
  • Sell, license, or disclose it to third parties, other than the sub-processors and model providers in Section 6 as needed to deliver the feature you requested, or as required by law.
  • Use it to determine credit-worthiness, insurance eligibility, employment suitability, or for lending.
  • Use it to train or improve AI or machine-learning models, ours or anyone else's.
  • Use it for analytics, product research, or any purpose other than the Wellness feature you requested.
  • Combine it with Captured Media to identify or profile any person.
  • Display it publicly or share it socially without your explicit instruction.
  • Make it available to any feature directed at children.

Not medical advice. The Wellness features are for general fitness and wellbeing. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and SeeIt is not a medical device. AI Output about your health may be inaccurate or incomplete. Consult a qualified professional for medical decisions.

Your controls. Disconnect in the App (Settings → Connected services). Adjust or revoke individual types in iOS (Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → SeeIt) or in the Health Connect app (App permissions → SeeIt). Delete conversation history in the App or by emailing privacy@seeit.ai. Disconnecting or revoking stops further reads immediately.

Platform rules. Our handling of Health Data complies with Apple's HealthKit requirements and with the Health Connect by Android Permissions policy and Google Play's User Data and Health apps policies.

9. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • with sub-processors and AI model providers to run the Service (Section 6);
  • with the connected service itself, when a Workflow acts on it at your direction;
  • with fulfillment, shipping, and payment partners, to complete hardware orders;
  • to comply with law or legal process, enforce our Terms, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect rights and safety;
  • in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy and with notice of any change of controller; and
  • with your consent, for any other purpose we describe to you.

Health Data is subject to the narrower rules in Section 8, which control in any conflict.

10. Where your data goes

We operate globally. Your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than yours, including the United Arab Emirates and the locations of our hosting, AI, and fulfillment providers. Where we transfer personal data — including Health Data — out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum or Swiss equivalent) and additional measures where needed. Request a copy from privacy@seeit.ai.

11. How long we keep it

  • Conversation history (prompts, responses, Workflow results): up to 90 days, unless you delete it sooner.
  • Google user data: accessed in-session to fulfill your request; not retained on our servers beyond completing the feature; any transient cache cleared after the request.
  • Health Data: read on demand, held transiently, cleared when the request completes. Responses referencing Health Data live in conversation history (above).
  • Captured Media: up to 90 days unless you delete it sooner; media processed only to return a result is deleted promptly after processing.
  • Account data: while your account is active, and up to 30 days after you request deletion, unless the law requires longer.
  • Order and transaction records: as required by tax, accounting, and consumer-protection law.
  • Diagnostic and security logs: up to 12 months. Never contain Health Data, Google user data, or conversation content.

12. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, internal access limits, secure development practices, and vulnerability management, and require comparable safeguards from sub-processors. Health Data is subject to the same controls and is additionally excluded from diagnostic logs and analytics. Where we use restricted Google API scopes, we undergo periodic independent security assessment and can delete Google user data promptly on request. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.

13. Your controls

  • Disconnect a Connector: App → Settings → Connected services.
  • Revoke Google access: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Revoke Apple Health access: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → SeeIt.
  • Revoke Health Connect access: Health Connect app → App permissions → SeeIt.
  • Delete history, Captured Media, or your account: in the App, or email privacy@seeit.ai.
  • Analytics and cookies: in-app controls and your browser.

For any request, email privacy@seeit.ai. We verify identity before acting and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.

14. Your rights by region

EEA / UK / Switzerland. You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, obtain portability, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. Health Data is special-category data processed only on your explicit consent; withdrawing it stops all further processing of Health Data. You may complain to your supervisory authority. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

California (CCPA/CPRA). In the past 12 months we may have collected: identifiers; commercial information; internet/network activity; approximate geolocation (from IP); audio/visual information (voice commands, Captured Media); sensitive personal information consisting of health data, if you enable a health Connector; and contents of communications you direct us to process through a Connector. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use sensitive personal information only to provide the features you request and not to infer characteristics about you. Exercise rights to know, access, correct, delete, and limit at privacy@seeit.ai.

Other U.S. states. You have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling — none of which we do. Where state law treats health data as sensitive or consumer health data (for example, Washington's My Health My Data Act), we process it only with your consent and only for the Wellness feature you requested.

United Arab Emirates (PDPL). You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, object, and withdraw consent under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021. Health Data is sensitive personal data under the PDPL and is processed only with your explicit consent.

Elsewhere. Where another law grants rights not listed here, we honor them as required.

15. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age under your local law, such as 16 in parts of the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect their data. Health Connectors are available only to users 18 and over. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact privacy@seeit.ai and we will delete it.

16. If you pair SeeIt Glasses

The Glasses have a camera and microphones. This Section covers what that means for you and for the people around you.

  • You control capture. The Glasses capture Captured Media when you activate them (button, gesture, or voice command), not continuously in the background, except as needed to detect an activation cue. We design for clear activation and, where the hardware supports it, a visible recording indicator.
  • Bystanders. You may capture other people's image or voice. You are responsible for using the Glasses lawfully and respectfully, honoring requests not to be recorded, and complying with the recording, wiretapping, and privacy laws where you are (Terms of Service, Section 17). We process bystander data only to deliver the feature you requested and do not use it to identify or profile non-users.
  • Sensitive places. Do not capture media where recording is prohibited or where people have a heightened expectation of privacy.
  • No biometric identification. We do not use Captured Media for facial recognition or biometric identification of third parties, and we do not permit the Service to be used for that purpose.

Captured Media is processed the same way as other Assistant inputs (Section 6) and retained as described in Section 11.

17. Website, store, and developer platform

Website and store. seeit.ai is hosted on a commerce platform that sets cookies and collects standard web logs. Hardware orders are processed with our payment processor and fulfillment partners. Order records are retained as required by law.

Developer platform. If you use the SDK or developer console, we collect developer account details, app metadata, and related technical information to operate the platform. Developers who distribute apps are responsible for their own privacy disclosures.

18. Third-party services

The App interoperates with Google, Apple Health, Health Connect, the Apple App Store and Google Play, and our payment and fulfillment partners. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and your use of a connected service remains subject to that service's terms.

19. Changes

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, law, or the Service. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give notice in the App or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
